Other services include

  • Providing assistance during and following dawn raids
  • Data review and analysis

Peer review of documents and submissions
Peer review comprises a review of documents such as merger filing forms and responses to requests for information by competition authorities. Rob - with over ten years experience at competition authorities - will assess the documents as if received by the authority.  He will assess the documents on statements that are e.g. inconsistent or open to various interpretations, in particular from an economic perspective. However, Rob not only plays the role of devil’s advocate but also suggests improvements.

Peer review engagements are generally agreed for a fixed time and cost. OmniCLES will prioritise within the time agreed to ensure best value for money.
